Who we are

NightRouter is an online API gateway service operated from Vietnam. Support and legal notices: support@nightrouter.ai.

Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, generating an API key, buying credit or sending a request, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. If you use NightRouter for a company or other organization, you confirm that you may accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

NightRouter is a software-as-a-service API gateway. One API key gives you access to AI models from several providers through OpenAI-compatible and Anthropic-compatible endpoints, with usage logs, balance controls and documentation. The service is digital and is delivered online immediately after your credit is added.

The list of available models, their prices and their limits is published on the Models and Pricing pages and may change over time.

Accounts and API keys

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• Give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. Do not impersonate another person or organization.
• Keep your password and API keys secret. Anyone who holds one of your API keys can spend your balance. Revoke a key at once if you think it has leaked.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and your API keys. Do not sell, rent or publicly share access to your account or keys.

Prices, credit and payment

• NightRouter is prepaid. You buy credit first, and each request is deducted from your balance at the price listed on the Pricing page at the time of the request. Prices are set in US dollars; amounts shown in VND or CNY are for convenience.
• Usage is metered by tokens or by request, as listed for each model. Your usage logs show the model, token counts and cost of every request.
• Each credit purchase is a one-time payment. By completing a purchase you authorize us, or our payment processor, to charge the amount shown at checkout. We do not offer subscriptions or automatic recurring charges.
• Payment methods: bank transfer in VND via VietQR; USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20); and, where offered at checkout, card and other methods processed by Waffo Pancake, which acts as merchant of record for those orders and may appear on your statement. For a bank transfer, include the exact transfer note shown at checkout.
• Unused credit does not expire while your account is active. Credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account and can only be refunded as described in the Refund Policy.
• Price changes apply to requests made after the new price is published. They do not change the price of requests already made.
• Taxes: unless shown otherwise at checkout, prices do not include taxes that may apply where you live. For card orders processed by Waffo Pancake, Waffo Pancake as merchant of record calculates, collects and reports any applicable sales tax or VAT and shows it at checkout.

Acceptable use

You must not use NightRouter to request, generate, store or distribute content in any of these six prohibited categories:

• Pornography and sexually explicit (NSFW) content, including nudity and sexual material.
• Violence and gore: graphic violence, or content that promotes, glorifies or incites violence, self-harm or terrorism.
• Hate speech: content that attacks, demeans or incites hatred or discrimination against people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or another protected characteristic.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexualizes minors or endangers children.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: deceptive synthetic images, audio or video of real people, or content that impersonates a real person, brand or organization.
• Copyright and trademark infringement: content that copies or infringes copyrighted works, trademarks or other intellectual property without the owner's permission.

Zero tolerance: for child sexual abuse material, content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, extremism or mass violence, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, content that incites genocide or ethnic hatred, and non-consensual sexual deepfakes of real people, we close the account immediately and may report it to the competent authorities.

You must also not use NightRouter to:

• break any law, infringe the privacy, publicity or other rights of others, or commit fraud;
• create or spread malware, spam, phishing, misinformation or other harmful content, or carry out targeted harassment;
• use jailbreak prompts or other techniques to bypass the safety measures of NightRouter or of a model provider;
• bypass rate limits, probe or attack the service, or resell access to NightRouter as your own service without our written permission;
• use Input or Output to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distil or otherwise develop AI models that compete with the model providers;
• systematically scrape or harvest Output to build datasets or a competing service;
• present AI Output as the work or advice of a real licensed professional, such as a doctor or lawyer, in a way that could cause harm;
• pass off AI Output as human-created in order to deceive others;
• break the usage policies of the model provider that handles your request.

Content moderation

We enforce this policy with the safety systems of the model providers, monitoring of usage records and human review:

• Provider safety systems: requests are processed by model providers that run their own safety systems. Depending on the provider, these systems may check prompts and generated output, including images, and block or refuse content that breaks their policies.
• Usage monitoring: we may review usage records, such as the model, token counts, time, API key name and request ID, to detect unusual volumes or patterns linked to abuse.
• Human review: reports and flagged cases are reviewed by our team. We do not keep the content of requests and responses in our usage logs, so a review relies on the report, the request ID, the usage records and any material the reporter sends us.

Depending on how serious the violation is, we may: warn you in writing; block a request, an API key or access to a model; suspend the account while we investigate; close the account permanently; and report illegal content, such as child sexual abuse material, to the competent authorities and cooperate with their investigation.

Reporting violations and appeals

To report content generated through NightRouter that breaks this policy, or an account that misuses the service, email support@nightrouter.ai with the subject "Abuse report". Include, where you can, the request ID or a screenshot, the time, the model and a short description of the problem. For a copyright or trademark complaint, also identify the work or mark and confirm that you own it or are authorized to act for the owner.

• We confirm that we have received your report within 2 business days.
• We review the report and the related usage records, then decide what action to take. Reports involving child safety, terrorism or an immediate risk of harm are handled first, normally within 24 hours; other reports are normally resolved within 7 business days. If a case needs longer, we tell the reporter why.
• We keep the reporter's identity confidential and do not share it with the reported user unless the law requires it.
• We tell the reporter the outcome by email. Reports that are knowingly false or abusive may themselves lead to action against the reporting account.

Appeals: if we take action against your account and you believe it was a mistake, email support@nightrouter.ai with the subject "Appeal" within 30 days of our notice and explain why. We review the decision again and normally reply within 10 business days.

Model providers

Requests are forwarded to third-party model providers. Their availability, behaviour, safety filters and output are outside our control, and a model may be changed, limited or withdrawn. We try to announce planned withdrawals on the website in advance, but a provider can stop a model without notice.

Your content and output

You keep your rights in the prompts and files you send ("Input") and in the responses you receive ("Output"). You give us a limited permission to process Input only to deliver the service. We do not use your Input or Output to train AI models and we do not sell it.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to output given to other users. Check it before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial or safety decisions.

Privacy and payment data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. When card payments are offered, card data is processed by our PCI-DSS certified payment processor, Waffo Pancake, and is never stored on our servers.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Billing questions and disputes: if you think a charge or deduction is wrong, email support@nightrouter.ai with your username and the transaction or request details. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days, by correcting your balance or refunding the amount as described in the Refund Policy.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using NightRouter and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, creates a security or fraud risk, or where the law requires it. If we close your account without a breach on your part, we refund the unused credit in line with the Refund Policy. If you close your account yourself, unused credit that qualifies under the Refund Policy (for example, an unused purchase within 14 days) is refunded on request; any other credit left in the account is lost when the account is closed.

Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep NightRouter available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a specific response time. We may change, add or remove features. We will announce significant changes on the website.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for NightRouter credit, including payments made through our payment processor, in the 12 months before the claim. This limit does not apply to our refund obligations under the Refund Policy, to fraud or intentional misconduct, or to liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, give notice on the website or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new Terms apply. Each purchase is governed by the version in force when you made it.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Before starting any formal claim, please contact us at support@nightrouter.ai so we can try to solve the problem. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country.
